Since the 1980s, the solar cell technology of GaAs solar cells has experienced several stages of development from LPE to MOCVD, from homoepitaxy to heteroepitaxy, and from single junction to multi-junction stacked structure, and its development speed is increasing day by day. Speeding up, the efficiency has also been continuously improved. At present, the maximum efficiency of the laboratory has reached 50%, and the industrial production conversion rate in China can reach more than 30%.
